New offices for ETHICA Consulting Group

Ethica Consulting Group completed in November the relocation of headquarters in Villorba, Viale della Repubblica 12/I, to new offices which host the holding, the board of the main companies, the professional resources of the area and the support staff of the group organized as ETHICA Shared Services.

The futuristic structure of the building and the wide spaces create a new exciting work space, in line with the features and with the dimensions of the group grown as one of the main actors in the market of enterprise information systems in Italy.

This change, after about twenty years, of the historic home of ICM.S, Altevie, Altitudo, Espedia and Ethica represents the last step of a renovation process which interested in 2015 and 2016 all the offices of the group and in particular the transfer and the doubling of Bologna office (Casalecchio di Reno Via E. Cristoni 80) and of Padova office (2° e 3° Piano Via Longhin 115), plus the opening of a second office in Milano (4° and 10° floor Torri Bianche Vimercate).

These offices, together with the offices of Firenze, Roma and Perugia, reflect the growth and the presence in the territory of the companies of ETHICA group which are reference partner of many leading clients running SAP or Microsoft software platform.

The new logistic infrastructure was designed to support the growing trend of the group which is challenging a target of 100 Million Euros of turnover in 2019.
This is an important investment, responding to the needs generated by the growth but also to a different delivery model of professional services which is more and more been asked by the clients: less “on site” activities and more “remote” activities.

It seems anachronistic to talk about offices for service companies which live in information technology and innovation, which have always been applying concepts of flexibility, work by objectives and homework and which should deal only with virtual seats and offices.

Indeed whenever you have to communicate, to teamwork about ideas or projects, to train and to grow human resources, to deliver advanced services, to engineer experiences and to build solutions, then the comfortable offices and spaces, as well as the appropriate tools, make the difference both in terms of life quality and in terms of work efficiency.
